2. What we use your data for

• Contact and newsletter: to answer your enquiries and, if you consent, to send you news.
• Bookings: to manage the video call you book on the website: creating the event, sending you the invitation and contacting you about it.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form. For bookings, also the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. Data we collect

• Newsletter: your email, the date and your browsing language.
• Bookings: your name, your email, the service you are interested in, the optional message you write and the chosen time.

We do not ask for or store any other personal data.

5. Retention

Contact and newsletter data, until you ask for it to be deleted or withdraw your consent. Booking data, for up to one year after the call, unless you end up hiring a service.

6. Recipients

The website and its data are hosted on our own servers in Spain. Bookings use Google Calendar and Google Meet (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your name and email to send you the invitation and may process them in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No data is shared with anyone else, except where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated because of legal changes or changes to the website itself. We recommend checking it from time to time.

9. Usage statistics

To know which parts of the website people find useful (for example, which services they look at) we use our own analytics, with no cookies and no third-party services. Your browser stores a random identifier that does not identify you; we do not store your IP address, name or email in these statistics. The data is deleted after 400 days. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we do not measure anything.
